Processing Time Every pearl is carefully inspected and securely packaged. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping to Japan We use reliable, trackable express lines. The estimated delivery time to Japan is 4 to 8 business days after the order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Hotaru Pearls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
