Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items (Strictly Enforced) Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless they are definitively faulty upon arrival. Furthermore, customized items, bespoke pearl requests, and items purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned.Hygiene and Safety Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings once the original packaging has been opened or the items have been worn, unless the item is deemed faulty upon arrival.Organic Nature of Pearls: Please note that Keshi and freshwater pearls are natural, organic gemstones. Slight variations in size, shape, surface texture, and color are natural characteristics of their one-of-a-kind formation process and do not constitute a defect or a valid reason for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs As we ship globally to bring you the best value, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at support@hotarupearls.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
